PHCash48 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PHCash48 ("we", "us", "our", or "the platform"). By accessing phcash48.net, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use PHCash48. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility

To open and use a PHCash48 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

PHCash48 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts opened by ineligible persons may be closed without prior notice and any balance forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold exactly one PHCash48 account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is prohibited. PHCash48 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including matching personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, and payment method information. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, PHCash48 may merge or permanently close them and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current. PHCash48 is not responsible for any loss or delay arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawal attempts caused by incorrect payment details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your PHCash48 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including PHCash48 support staff — we will never ask for your password. PHCash48 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. 3.4 Verification

PHCash48 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage — upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Requested documents typically include a valid government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or similar) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Payments

PHCash48 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100.

PHCash48 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees; these are the responsibility of the depositing player. Deposits are generally credited to your PHCash48 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

PHCash48 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Rejected funds will be returned via the original payment method where technically possible.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method originally used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single-session withdrawal cap for standard accounts, although high-value withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your PHCash48 account must have passed standard KYC verification. Verified accounts withdrawing to GCash or Maya typically receive funds within five minutes. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Bonus balances that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Real money balances and fully wagered bonus balances are available for withdrawal at any time subject to verification status.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

PHCash48 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion page. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your PHCash48 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount unless the promotion states otherwise. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement must generate ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before the resulting balance is released for withdrawal.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. JILI slots and most PHCash48 video slots typically contribute 100% of bet amounts. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bets designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to artificially complete wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. 6.5 Free Spins

Free spin winnings are credited as bonus cash and are subject to a standard 20x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and expire automatically if not used within that window.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on PHCash48 — whether on sports, sabong, casino games, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event. General betting rules applicable across PHCash48 include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. PHCash48 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been submitted unless a clear technical error on the platform's part is identified.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• PHCash48 reserves the right to limit, cancel, or void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from human or technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHCash48 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one PHCash48 account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors instead of reporting them.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing PHCash48 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining winnings.
